1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PagePoplet services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

PagePoplet provides a one-page business webpage service which includes building, hosting, a custom domain, and access to the PagePoplet system for self-maintenance.

3. Payment and Fees

The service is provided for a one-time payment of $500 which covers the first 5 years of service. After 5 years, renewal terms will be determined and communicated to you. Payments are non-refundable once the building process and domain registration have commenced.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the content and information to be displayed on your page. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide. PagePoplet retains ownership of the underlying system, architecture, and technology used to host and display your page.

6. Limitation of Liability

PagePoplet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
